1. General provisions
1.1. This Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) has been prepared in accordance with Federal Law No. 152–FZ dated 07/27/2006 "On Personal Data" and defines the policy of the personal data operator - Pitonmoto store, address: 258 Chkalova str., Yekaterinburg, 620110 (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) regarding the processing of personal data collected by using the site www.pitonmoto.com (hereinafter referred to as the Website), and contains information about the requirements implemented by the Organizer for the protection of such personal data.
1.2. The legal grounds for processing personal data are regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, local regulatory acts of the Operator, contracts with personal data subjects, consent of personal data subjects to the processing of personal data.

2. Rights and obligations of the Personal Data Operator and personal data subjects
2.1. The Operator has the following rights:
• receive reliable information from the subject of personal data in relation to the personal data provided by him;
• request timely clarification of the provided personal data from the subject of personal data;
• post photos of event participants on the Website and other information resources to inform Site visitors about the event.
2.2. The Operator undertakes to:
• process personal data in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation;
• consider the requests of the personal data subject (his legal representative) regarding the processing of personal data and give reasoned answers within ten working days from the date of receipt of the relevant request;
• to provide the subject of personal data (his legal representative) with the possibility of free access to his personal data;
• take measures to clarify and destroy the personal data of the personal data subject in connection with his (his legal representative's) treatment of legitimate and reasonable requirements, as well as when achieving the goals of personal data processing;
• organize the protection of personal data in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
2.3. Rights of personal data subjects
• receive information about their personal data processed by the Operator by sending a written request to the postal or e-mail address indicated on the Website in the "contacts" section;
• to gain access to their personal data, except in cases provided for by law;
• clarify your personal data, request their blocking or destruction in cases where personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing by sending a written request to the postal or e-mail address specified on the Website in the "contacts" section;

3. Whose personal data is being processed
3.1. The Operator processes the personal data of the following categories of subjects whose personal data may be collected by the Operator using the Site:

• Registered users;
• Event participants (who are not registered users).
3.2. The Operator's processing of personal data of other categories of personal data subjects is regulated by other local acts of the Operator.
4. How personal data is processed
4.1. The Operator may process personal data using automation tools or without using such tools by collecting, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access, distribution), blocking, deletion, destruction.
4.2. The Operator has the right to transfer personal data to third parties or entrust the processing of personal data to third parties, if this is necessary to achieve the purpose of their processing in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy, as well as in cases provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data.
4.3. The consent provided by the user in accordance with this Policy for the processing of personal data is valid from the date of granting such consent and for the entire period of validity of the user's account (if any) or for 5 years, or until the user revokes the specified consent, unless otherwise provided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
5. What personal data is processed by the Operator and to what extent
6. The procedure for processing cookies
